there is a silence in the house, that at times is enjoyable and others times heart wrenching – Lucy is off to lovies house for a special vacation with grandma. it is VERY hard to pull my kids away from me, but after years of asking, i let lucy go. she is having the time of her life and i am happy for her. i am missing her like crazy, but enjoying time with michael anne and tess.
i copied my mother in law and made lucy a arts and crafts box full of ideas and projects to take to grandmas
i got a cake pan with a lid and filled it with:
crayons, puff paint , jewels, silly putty, coloring books, sketch paper, glitter glue, watercolors, a camera to document her time etc….and came up with lots of ideas for her to do crafts.
she was so proud of her little box! this would be a great birthday gift to give or Christmas present for your little.
